We offer several small group classes to meet your fitness needs.  The class descriptions and schedules are below.  If you have any questions or suggestions for different classes, please feel free to contact us!


CLASS INFORMATION

COST:  $15 per session (To create consistency and deliver results, a minimum purchase of 4 

              sessions is required)

SESSION START DATES:  9-2-08

 

CLASS DESCRIPTION:  Our classes are tailored to meed your needs and goals and focus on 

                                              weight training, core strength, and circuit training.  People of all ages 

                                              and abilities!  We work to group appropriate fitness and experience 

                                              levels together for each workout. Classes are on-going.
